Delivery

Once you have placed an order it should be dispatched by the end of the day providing it has been placed before 2pm. UK delivery will generally be attempted on next working day after receiving your order. If your order is urgently required for next day please confirm with us that this is possible.

We will provide you with the shipping details once your goods are sent.

In the case of UK deliveries we are able to offer you timed deliveries such as 9.00am, morning or Saturday delivery as an optional extra. These services will incur additional charges.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any additional costs incurred.

Please be aware that delivery to worldwide destinations and 'outlying' UK addresses could also experience delivery delays. Such UK addresses could be for example Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE).

International shipments may also be subject to delays in customs.

We will deliver goods to the address on the order unless we agree with you first to an alternative address. This may incur additional costs.

Into Gear is NOT responsible for exchange rate changes (at the time of placing the order or at the time of a refund), import duty, taxes or any other charges your country may impose for importation of your order. It is up to you the customer to check any Duty that may be payable prior to placing the order. Please contact your country's custom office to check if you are liable to incur importation charges.

If however you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection costs.
