Returns

Into Gear Limited will accept back your item if you are not 100% satisfied within 14 days of receiving it for exchange or refund. You must include your original receipt or proof of purchase. Any unwanted items must however be sent back at your expense in manufacturers original packaging and in an unused condition. All extras such as bags, tags, labels, stickers etc must be correctly in place. We strongly recommend that you do not remove any tags or literature from or go out on your bike in your new item until you are completely satisfied with it. We are not able to accept items back once used, worn or if damaged. Special Orders sourced specifically for you are not returnable.

If you wish us to give you a quote for return postage please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to us with a brief explanation together with your contact details to:

We suggest for your own protection that you use 1st class registered post or a courier service using the protective packaging originally used to send your item. Please note that proof of postage is NOT proof of delivery.

Into Gear do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your goods have been thoroughly checked and approved we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. This refund is for the value of only goods returned to Into Gear. If your purchase included a saving or discount on your original order such as free delivery, discount on an associated item or free gift, an adjustment to the refund will be made to remove this.

We visually check all items before leaving the store and accept that on occasion products may have or develop a manufacturers fault. If your item has a manufacturing fault on arrival it will be replaced or refunded without cost to you. If a product fault develops within the guaranteed period we will repair or replace the item at the discretion of the manufacturer. You must contact Into Gear in the first instance. You will be liable for the costs of returning a faulty item or the returned item.
